Do I call the supplying dealer or Warranty Protect if a fault develops on my car?

Your first point of contact should always be the Warranty Protect team. Your claim handler will advise you to take the vehicle to a trusted garage so a diagnosis can be conducted. Once the fault is diagnosed the claim handler will be able to cross reference the fault with the covered items on your policy.
