Where is the confirmation form for the 2021 LA return?
Please download the confirmation form, this must be fully completed once you are satisfied your data has met the required criteria.
Once your form has been received data quality checks will be carried out and you will receive an email to either confirm your data has been accepted or to highlight issues with your data that need correcting.
Until you receive the email to say your data has been accepted you are not deemed to have completed the full return.
Filling out the form
- Select your local authority from the drop-down menu
- Add the total number of jobs for 2021 - this should match the number on your LA progress report
- Include starters and leavers for permanent and temporary staff only - this should match your LA progress report unless you have any starters or leavers that have not been captured due to closing workplaces
The form will then calculate the difference in the validation check box. If you have a difference you will see an additional box to add how many agency/bank/pool/other staff you have with last years figures just below.
If there is still a difference in the validation check box you will be required to tell us why in the comments section.
