What is the difference between the LA return requirements and WDF requirements.?

Reaching the required criteria for the Local Authority return does not mean you have met the requirements for the Workforce Development Fund.
Please read the attached document for the differences.
Also note that agency staff must have a fully completed worker record that meets WDF criteria to be eligible for funding.
