Sents - the SentLive Loyalty Points Scheme

Once anyone downloads the SentLive app and registers, they can start earning Sents. At the moment these can be used, once you have at least 50, to get discounts on the Plans and Add Ons we offer, but we are working to team up with other loyalty schemes to enable SentLive users to use them elsewhere. Sents are available from the following actions:

Currently only purchases via the SentLive website have the facility for Sents to be used but we are working on these to be possible within the app and the Apple and Google payment systems. All purchases in the app must be made via Apple or Google, but our website transactions are outside of the app stores environment. Every 100 Sents is worth the equivalent of £1.00, or in other words, a Sent is worth a UK penny, although they cannot be exchanged for cash!

You will be able to see how many Sents you have accrued in the app from the Service Summary available on the Home screen, and in your Dashboard when logged into the website. Once you have accrued at least 50 Sents, you will see the option to use them against purchases in the Plans and Add Ons page of the website when making a purchase. This article will be updated when the facility to use Sents is expanded into the app and to other points schemes.
