No Response

If you do not respond to either a Scheduled Check that you have set, or a Request A Check from another SentLive user, the default behaviour of the service is that if there has been No Response 30 minutes after the check, a notification will be sent to your Gold and Silver Contacts informing them that you have not responded. A second notification will be sent 30  minutes after the first. This default can be altered using the No Response Delay and No Response Repeat Check settings in various combinations, as shown in the table below.
