How to generate subject details report?

The Subject Details report lists all subject details such as the number of weekly classes, the class the subject belongs to, if the subject is an elective or not, and if the subject has an exam or not.

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Data and Reports > Reports > Subject Details.

  2. Select a Year.

  3. Select a class.

  4. Select a subject type if required.

  5. Click the Search button.



Click the Export as CSV button to export the details as a CSV file. This step may take a while. When the file status changes from in Queue to Download, click Download to download and save the file to your system. 


Note: Make sure to keep refreshing the web page.
