How to do Enquiry Settings

Using the Enquiry Settings page you can add the various stages in the applicant enquiry process, add counsellors, and add the different sources of information.

How to add different stages in Enquiry

By default in Fedena, there are 3 stages in Enquiry Module namely - Qualified, Processed, and Rejected. Apart from these three, you can add various custom stages within the Qualified stage as per your institution's requirements.

To do so go to Menu >> Academics >> Applicants >> Enquiry >> Settings >> Enquiry Settings >> Add Stage.

Once these stages are added you will get an option to move the enquiry applications to the various stages within Qualified.

How to Add Counselors

We can add either the employees admitted in App or outside agents as counsellors for the enquiry module.

How to Add Source of Information

Various sources of information through which the enquirer came to know about the institution can be updated.

Please refer How can I add a Source of Information in the Enquiry module.

Once the enquiry form is submitted the source of information and counsellor name can be updated by the office staff.
