How to change the language in the portal?

The portal supports 20 different languages including Spanish, German, Arabic and more. There are two ways to change the language of the system.

1. System level language change (Only available for Admin user. Affects all users)

Log in to the portal dashboard as 'admin'. Go to Settings -> General Settings -> Here you can change the default language from drop down.

2. Language change for individual user (Available for all users. Changes specific to user)

Login to the portal dashboard. You can see your profile getting displayed on top right hand side, to the left of message box. Click on it and select the name of the user.

Here you can select the language specific to the logged in user.
