How do I edit or delete an existing refund rule?

You can edit or delete a refund rule at any time.

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Fees > Fees refund > Create refund rule to open the Create fee refund page.

  2. In the top right, click the View Refund Rules button as depicted in Fig 1.

  3. Select the fee collection.

  1. Click Edit to edit and update a refund rule.

  2. Click Delete to delete a refund rule.
