Go to Data and Reports--> Data Export. The home page of the data export will list all the exports done as of now with their status, Model name and the file format along with the date of export as shown below. Only two formats will be supported i.e. CSV and XML.
For creating a new export, Click on the New button on right top of the home page( ref screen shot above), it will open up an export creation page that looks as follows. Select the options from export and the format type and schedule the export. Please note that, the export option you have selected under exports will be available again only after 30 days from the date of export.
You can view the jobs and their status from the scheduled job page. Click on the link shown below and keep on refreshing the page till the status turn to be download.
After all jobs are successfully completed, you will be able to download the file from the download link given on the data exports home page.
- NOTE: Multiple selections of exports will result in generation of file in the same format only. If you want to change the format of a particular export or a group of exports, please generate once again selecting desired exports.

- Employee Attendance
- Employee Category
- Employee department
- Employee grade
- Employee leave type
- Employee position
- Exam group
- Exam score
- Finance transaction
- Payroll Category
- Timetable Entry
