How can I set up co-scholastic assessment criteria?

How can I set up co-scholastic assessment criteria?

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Academics > Examination > SettingsCCE Settings > Co-Scholastic Settings > Co-Scholastic Items to open the Co-Scholastic Itemspage.

  2. In the top right, click the New button.

 

  1. In the Name field, enter the name of the observation group.

  2. In the Description field, enter a description about the observation group.

  3. In the CCE Grade Set field, select the CCE grade set.

  4. In the Type field, select the co-scholastic type from the following options:

  • Co-Scholastic Areas

  • Co-Scholastic Activity

  1. Click the Create button.

 

To edit an observation group, click Edit.

To delete an observation group, click Delete. You can delete an observation group only when it does not contain any assessment criteria.

  1. Click an observation group to open the Co-Scholastic Criteria page and enter observations.

  2. In the top right, click the New button.

  3. Enter the name and description of the observation, and then click the Create button.

 

To edit an observation, click Edit.

To delete an observation, click Delete. You can delete an observation only when it does not contain any assessment indicators.

  1. Click an observation to open the Descriptive Indicators page and enter the descriptive indicators.

  2. In the top right, click the New indicator button.

  3. Enter the name and description of the indicator, and then click the Create button.

 

To edit an assessment indicator, click Edit.

To delete an assessment indicator, click Delete. You cannot delete an assessment indicator if marks have already been entered.

  1. Select the Show in reports checkbox for the indicators to be displayed in the CCE reports.
