How can I generate the list of former employees?

The Former Employees Details report lists all former/archived employees. An Administrator or a privileged employee (View Additional Reports privilege is required) can access this report from the Reports center.

At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Data and Reports > Reports > Former Employee Details to open the Report center.



The report lists all archived employees during the specified date range. The report includes each employee’s joining date, leaving date, department, employee position, manager, and gender.

Click on the name of an employee to view the former employee’s profile.

  1. Click the Export as CSV button to export the details as a CSV file. 

  2. When the file status changes from In Queue to Download, click Download to download and save the file to your system. This step may take a while.


Note: Make sure to keep refreshing the web page.
