How can I edit or delete an asset?

At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Finance > Asset Liability Management > Asset to open the Assets page.
  1. Click View.

  1. In the top right, click the PDF report button to generate a PDF report.

  2. Click Edit to edit the asset. Select the Make Asset Inactive? checkbox to inactivate the asset.

Once an asset is inactivated, the record is greyed out, as seen in the image below.

Click Delete to delete the asset.
