How can I allocate students to a hostel?

How can I allocate students to a hostel?

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click the module access icon > Administration > Hostel > Room Allocation.

  2. To search for a student, enter the name or admission number of the student to search.

           Note: Students who have already been allocated a room cannot be searched.

           

  1. Click on the name of the student. 

  2. Select a hostel.

           Note: Based on the gender of the student, the type of hostel will be listed.

             
  1. Click Allocate beside the room you want to allocate to a student.
