Edit a Class

Edit a Class

An administrator or privileged employee (Manage Year/Class privilege must be provided) can edit a batch through either the Manage Year page or the Manage Class page.

 
At the top of your dashboard, click the Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Year/Class > Manage Year to open the Manage Year page.
  1. Select a Year  (Year/Standard/Grade/Class/Program)  . All Class (Class/Section/Intake/Semester).

  2. Click Edit beside the Class (Class/Section/Intake/Semester).



  1. Make the necessary changes, then click the Save button


Or

  1. At the top of your dashboard, click Menu > Administration > Settings > Manage Year /Class > Manage Class to open the Manage Class page

  2. Select a course. All Classes of the selected Year are displayed

  3. Select the Class(Class/Section/Intake/Semester)

  4. In the top right, click the Edit button

  5. Make the necessary changes, then click the Save button
