Having a support account gives you a record of all interactions made between you and our support team. This will allow you to easily look back and revisit previous questions and answers.
If you enter a ticket on the support system, you will be given a list of knowledge base articles that are relevant and might help solve your problem as you enter the ticket. This often leads to an instant solution and therefore saves you time.
In addition to this it gives you instant access to all of your past tickets you have submitted in one place making it easier to find the one you are after.
