I am getting an error 'CRemoteProcess: A courier has not been defined for Item '

This error is shown because you do not have a courier value entered into the Courier field in the order.

If you open the order, in the shipping tab, is there any courier shown in the Courier field (on the right). If this is blank this needs to be filled in.

To automatically fill this in if you open the options (Tools->Options menu option) and select the Shipping tab. If you want to use the courier you have setup to be used untick the Override Courier for Amazon, Ebay etc.. box. Ths will use the courier selected.

If you want to use a different value tick this box and use the value that you want to send to Ebay, Amazon etc.. For example, Royal Mail.

If you want to use the same value that is sent from Amazon, Ebay etc. put in the value

[%POSTAL_SERVICE%]

this will use whatever value is sent from the website.
