How to update the MyHermes Tracking numbers in Orders with the Tracking ID file exported from MyHermes
To set this up do the following:
1. Add a new Import (click Add on the Import dialog) and add the OSOP type.
2. Enter a name of MyHermes Tracking.
3. Tick 'Prompt for filename on each import'.
4. Select the tracking file, then when the options are shown change the Custom header to:
NA,Tracking ID,Order ID,NA,NA,NA,NA
5. Make sure 'Tick User different order import options for each import type' is ticked.
6. Tick Tick Update information in existing orders.
Click on OK.
When you select this import, OSOP will prompt for the exported MyHermes file and then import and update the orders with the tracking number.
