How to archive a years worth of orders

How to archive a years worth of orders.
  1.  Check the 'Use Advanced Filtering' box

  2.  Fill it out like it is done below but fill in the dates you want to archive
     

  3. Check the 'Select all' box at the bottom of the screen to select all of the orders

  4. Click Housekeeping / Archive Orders / Archive Now as shown below
  5. The page shown below will be displayed.  Check the 'Selected orders only' button. Select the site you want to move the orders to (either archive or if you have chosen a specific site that you would prefer)


  6. Click the 'Move X Orders' button to archive the orders


To see the orders you change sites in One Stop Order Processing.    You can also set the system to automatically archive orders after a set period of time using Housekeeping / Archive / Auto archive options
