How to add a logo to your emails

You may want to add your company logo to the emails that you send from One Stop Order Processing to your customers.

To include your logo in your emails follow the steps below.

Add your logo to the [%LOGO%] printing field.

  1. Go to Tools>Options.

  2. Select the ‘Printing Fields’ tab.

  3. Select (single click) the macro called [%LOGO%].

  4. Click ‘Edit’.

  5. From the ‘Type’ drop down menu select ‘Internet Image Filename (weblink)’

  6. In the ‘Value:’ field enter the URL for the image you wish to have on your email.

NOTE: You have to use an image from the web.

Add the printing field to your email template.

  1. Go to Tools>Options

  2. Select the ‘Email’ tab.

  3. Select (single click) the email template you want to add the image to.

  4. Click ‘Edit’.

  5. Under ‘Message:’ click ‘Change’.

  6. Select the editor program you wish to use to edit the email with.

  7. Click Ok.

  8. Add the following code to your template: <img src= #!#[%LOGO%]#!#></img>

NOTE: You will need to be using an .html email template. NOTE: If you are using a MAPI email client you may not be able to send html emails.
