How do I stop the Amazon FBA invoices or packing lists being printed?
If you click on the Options button in the Import dialog for the relevant Amazon Seller Central import and untick the Perform Order Processing Tasks on Amazon FBA orders. Any orders that are fulfilled by Amazon FBA will not have the tasks run. The new option is shown in the dialog below at the top of the dialog.
