Does One Stop Order Processing check to see if orders have been shipped through other systems?

The following article explains how to enable One Stop Order Processing to check the shipping status when orders are shipped from other systems such as Amazon Seller Central.

This feature is available in the Professional, Premium and Managed subscriptions of One Stop Order Processing.

The following instructions explain how to enable this feature-

1. Click the Menu option Tools -> Options 




2. Click the Shipping Tab 


3. Tick the option 'Check for orders shipped by other systems'






4. By ticking this feature you are enabling One Stop Order Processing to check the shipping status of the order when external systems such as Amazon Seller Central have been used to ship the order. When you next automatic or manual import from the associated import the shipping status will be updated.
