Amazon Shipping requirements and VTR (Valid Tracking Rate)

Amazon has changed the details that are required for shipped orders. (from 19th April 2021)

1 Amazon now requires a valid service name for the courier.  This list is defined in Amazon, including using Amazon Shipping and should closely match those defined in One Stop Order Processing.

2 Amazon now validates the tracking (and non tracking) details for any orders shipped. If you are creating labels using Click and Drop, MyHermes, UKMail, DHL these should automatically be included and passed in to Amazon. If you are using Amazon Shipping these will be automatically confirmed and shipped on Amazon. One Stop Order Processing supports all the tracked, signed for and non tracked services that can be created in Amazon Shipping, along with DPD and Amazon Logistics which should meet Amazon's own guidelines for shipment validation.
