Which browsers do we support?

Our applications work best on one of the following browsers:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge

If you use any type of BIM integration, such as Revit, IES or Designbuilder simply changing browser might not be enough. Plugins often open through the 'default' browser you have set on your PC. We have listed how you can set the recommend browsers as default browser on your PC.

How do I set a browser as my default browser?

Setting Google Chrome as your default browser, click here

What happens if I use an unsupported browser?

Browsers such as Internet Explorer are not supported, if you have to use a Microsoft browser we recommend switching to Microsoft Edge. When you are using an unsupported browser not all functions on the One Click LCA platform might work.
