Setting up a Company account

Setting up a company account is necessary to use our online store or for Expert license users to use Private constructions and Private data.  If you have set up a company account you will also get prioritized mapping selection based of choices your colleagues have made before when they have mapped imported files.
For EPD tools with limited Ecoinvent database use allowed (50, 100 or 200 resources limit) you are required to both, set up the company account and contact our support to activate the feature.

Setting up a Company Account

We will explain in a few short steps how you can create a company account.

Step 1: Create a company account from your user settings.

Click on your user account/user settings and select 'Create or join a company account'. This will open the Company Account creation page.

Step 1: Click on your username and select 'Create or join a company account'

Step 2: Fill in the mandatory details and press 'save'.

It is not required to fill in VAT unless you are trying to use the online store. For setting up a company account in order to use 'Private Constructions' or 'Private data', you can leave the VAT field empty.

Step 2: Fill in the required fields and press 'save'.
If you need to link your license to your company account then you can ask support to link your license to your company account. in the future users will be able to add the license themselves. The linking is only required for Expert and French users to access functionality such as private constructions and INIES XML upload.
Step 3: Link your license to your company account

How do you invite or add users to a company account?

The main user can edit and manage the users in the organization.

Step 1. Navigate to the 'Company account' page.

Click on your user account and navigate to 'Company account'

Step 2: Add or remove 'Users' or 'Main users'.

In your company account you can add the users as 'users' or 'main users'. Please note that if you wish to make use of 'Private Constructions' that you have to add the user to the 'Main users' group. There can be more than one 'Main user'. If there are any requests from users to be added to your company account, they will be visible here as well.
Step 2: Add users either as 'users' or 'main users'
If you are not the main user of your license, request your organisation manager (or any other main user) to add you as a main user.
