Moving materials between sections

What does this feature do?

You might want to assign a different sub-section to your materials if you e.g. have uploaded the materials with a wrong classification. You can do this easily with the 'Move materials between sections' feature.  

How do you use this feature?

Follow these easy steps to move your materials to a different section.

Step 1: Go to 'More Actions' and choose 'Move materials between sections'.

While in the building material query of your project, go to 'More Actions' and choose 'Move materials between sections'.

Step 2: Check which materials you want to move.

After selecting the feature, check which materials you want to move to a different section.

Step 3: Click on 'Move resources' and select the target section.

After selecting the resources you want to move, click on 'Move resources' and select which sub-section you want to move the materials to.

Step 4: Your materials will have been moved.

After selecting the target destination you will see that in this case, the materials have moved from 'External walls and facade' to 'Foundation, sub-surface, basement and retraining walls'.
