How to define roles and permissions of users in Jusnote

Jusnote has two types of users: Administrators and Users.

The Administrator is an individual designated by Subscriber as a main administrative contact to deal with any issues related to the Service. The administrator can change the subscription plan, add additional users or appoint new administrators. Usually, the first user is the administrator.

A Subscriber is a person (usually a law firm or an association) who pays for the Service.
The User is an individual to whom the Administrator has granted access to the Service.

Please note: The system provides multi-administration, i.e., multiple administrators can have equal permissions in Jusnote.

An administrator assigned by a subscriber cannot be removed (modified) by other system Administrators.

Types of permissions:
  1. AdministratorThe person that can make any changes in the system settings, invite users, and set permissions, as well as appoint Administrators.
  2. AccountsThe user with this permission can see the “Accounts” tab in the left sidebar of Jusnote and will be able to add the information about current accounts, conduct transactions, see the balance and transactions on bank accounts.
  3. ReportsThe user with this permission can see the “Reports” tab in the left sidebar of Jusnote and will be able to create various reports.
  4. Invoices - The user with this permission can see the “Invoice” tab in the left sidebar of Jusnote and will be able to create, edit and delete invoices, as well as register payments in the system without going in the “Accounts” tab.
The user will have access to the matter's documents as long as he has access to the matter.

The Administrator can define access (provide appropriate permissions) when inviting a new user to the system.

The administrator may also change permissions from the user's personal card. To do this, click on "Edit" and change the permissions in the "Role, Permissions" field.
