How to manage types of legal activities

Jusnote gives you have the opportunity to determine the types of legal activities (client consulting, preparation of a memorandum, participation in investigative actions, etc.) that will be used in different places of Jusnote.

Creating a new activity

To create a new activity or edit or delete the existing one, go to the "Settings" menu in the left sidebar and click on the "Directories" tab.



By clicking on "Directories", the system will open a page where you can add a new or change or delete an existing activity. By default, several types of lawyer activities have already been created in the system.




By clicking on the "+ Add" button, the system will open a "Create activity type" pop-up. Here you can specify the name of a new type of activity that is inherent in your legal practice.



After saving the created activity, the latter will be visible in different places of Jusnote.

Editing the type of activity

On the Activities page, click "Edit" for the activity you want to edit.



When editing an activity, the same "Create Activity" pop-up will open and the "Name" field will be displayed as when creating a new activity.

After editing, save your changes.
Please note: The original activity name information will not be saved anywhere in Jusnote after editing and saving changes. The new name will be used in all matters, reports, filters.


Deleting an activity

Select the needed activity and click "Delete".




Please note: After deleting an activity, the corresponding field in matters, reports, activities, and other system locations where the specified activity was used will be blank.

You will receive a Warning Message before deleting. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.
