How to invite team members to Jusnote?




The Administrator can invite employees to use Jusnote collaboratively.

To invite a person (an employee or a lawyer to work on a certain legal case) the administrator needs to go to the "Settings" section in the left sidebar of Jusnote and tap on the "Team" section.

In the "Team" section will be the information about all active, deactivated, or invited users. 



By clicking on the "Invite" button, the system will open the pop-up where you can add information about your new user. 

 
Please note: by default, the invited user will be signed up in the system without any permissions.
Administrator - the user with this permission will see the "Settings" page in the left sidebar of the system and will be able to set up the system and change the system preferences, as well as add additional administrators. 

Accounts - the user with this permission will see the "Accounts" tab in the left sidebar, as well as can add account information, proceed with account transactions, see balance and transactions on bank accounts. 

Reportsthe user with this permission can see the "Reports" tab in the left sidebar and can generate various reports.

Billing - the user with this permission can see the "invoices" tab in the left sidebar and can create, edit and delete invoices, as well as register payments in the system without entering the "Accounts" page.

The administrator can change the permissions of a certain user at any time by opening a functional sub-menu located on the right side of each user in the "Team" section and pressing the "Permissions" button. 


 

The administrator can also delete or change the permissions of the user in his personal card. To do this, you need to go to the user's profile in the "Team" section and press "Change" near the "Role, Permissions" field.
