Why do I sometimes see 0 balance (Light Client mode)

Why do I sometimes see 0 balance (Light Client mode)

After starting the Nxt or Ardor client for the first time, the client needs to download a copy of the blockchain.
This download process can take a while.
During this time the client relies on random remote nodes for it's operation.
Some of these nodes are not up to date and include old state of the blockchain.
Therefore recent transactions are not reflected causing your balance to show 0.

There is nothing to worry about.

How to fix the problem? Any of the methods below will do
1. Restart your node to allow it pick another remote node
3. Check your balance on a block explorer
