Install Oracle Java 8 32 bit 
From the command line, in folder "c:\program files\nxt" or "c:\program files\ardor" run the following command:
  1. java -cp classes;lib\*;conf;addons\classes;addons\lib\* -Dnxt.runtime.mode=desktop nxt.Nxt
