Customize the sender's email of your school

To use your own contact email as the sender in the emails that will be sent from the platform to your users, you must follow these steps.

Step 1 (mandatory)

First, contact us through the "Help" tab in your platform or by writing us an email to soporte@foxizecloud.com requesting the configuration of your own sender email, specifying which email you will use as the sender.


Step 2 (mandatory)

Once we, Foxize Cloud, have received the mail, we will initiate the authorization of the sending domain on our servers and on the servers of our mail partner Amazon Web Services.

It also prevents emails sent from the platform from being detected as spam and not appearing in our users' inbox. You only need to configure these two items on your mail servers:

  • SPF validation of the server
  • DKIM validation

To do this, Foxize Cloud will provide you with the values you need to change via email support@foxizecloud.com or via the "Help" tab in your platform administrator.
