First things first, you should have a look through your product manual for any troubleshooting tips. Didn't find what you need? Manufacturers know their products like the back of their hand, so they should know what will fix it.

Before you get in touch with the manufacturer you should get a couple of things ready:
  1. The serial number of your faulty product. We don't have access to this, you can only find it on your product. Having trouble finding it? Read this for some tips.
  2. You’ll also need to have your invoice to hand. If you signed up, "My Account" has it saved for you. Simply enter your email address and password, head to your orders and download it. Didn't sign up for an account? Get in touch with us and we'll find it for you.
Find your manufacturer here, give them a call and they’ll talk you through the next steps.

If the manufacturer confirms the fault they will usually replace the product for you or give you a reference number for us. We use this reference number to issue your replacement, so be sure to make a note of it!
