How do I arrange an engineer to look at my product?

My product is under warranty

If your product is under warranty and you want an engineer to come and look at a fault with your product, just call the manufacturer directly.

While it’s best to contact the manufacturer first, if you’d rather not, you can press the + button or "Add Ticket" to submit a request, and one of our team will get in touch.

My product isn't under warranty

If you aren’t under warranty but you’ve purchased an extended warranty and want to book an engineer visit through that, you can call Brightside on 1800 819 240.
