How to: Access Maps in Filebrowser

This section of the article will provide you with the map location details as well as how to copy, or delete maps manually.  Please ensure the application is closed before proceeding.

Windows

1 - Windows Map Location

Maps are stored in:
  1. User Documents -> Deios -> maps

2 - Delete Map Folder

To delete a map, delete the folder with the name of the map you wish to delete.


macOS

1 - Go to Folder

The fastest way to access the folder containing the maps is to open the go to folder window and entering the location:


2 - Enter File Location

Copy and paste the following path inside the "Go to Folder" dialog:
  1. ~/Library/Application Support/com.dungeonfog.deios/maps/
Note: This is not the common Library folder on you hard drive but a hidden folder under /Users/YOUR USERNAME/Library which can not be found through the search.



3 - Delete Map Folder

To delete a map, delete the folder with the name of the map you wish to delete.


Linux

1 - Linux Map Location

Maps are stored in:
  1. ~/.local/share/Deios/maps

2 - Delete Map Folder

To delete a map, delete the folder with the name of the map you wish to delete:
