Reset Password

  1. From your log in page, select the forgotten password button.

  2. Then, when prompted, enter your email address to receive a reset password link straight to your inbox.

 

If you are receiving an error like below make sure your password meets all the requirements. It must be 8 characters long, containing at least one number and a mix of lower and upper case letters.

 

 

If the link which has come through to your email address will not work please make sure you have not requested multiple reset password requests.  If you have done so, please use the validation link in the most recent email as this will be the only one which works.
