Locate Your Identifier Key

 

  1. If you cannot see your identifier number this is due to your permissions recently changing, this can be resolved by opening the lock's page in the portal, scrolling down to the bottom of the page and simply clicking 'Save'.



     

  2. Please now log out of your account and log back in.  The locks that you have 'Saved' should now present you an identifier code.

  3. If you still cannot view your key please get in contact with customer services.
