What is Microsoft Forms?
Microsoft Forms is a simple, lightweight website that lets you easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls.
It can be used to create quizzes, collect feedback from teachers and parents, or plan class and staff activities.
Forms can be used on desktop and mobile browsers - there's no need to download an app to create or respond to Forms.
It's part of our Office 365 package, so you use your email login details to sign in.
On computers - you'll find a link to it from the Office menu at the top left of your screen.
