Creates a link that will then work with whoever has it sent to them

Useful to reshare a file you’ve moved but retain the same permissions

Will need people you specify to sign in with their email address that you sent to -this is what you need to share outside the organization


Allow editing

Sets if others can edit the document or only read it


Block Download

Would prevent someone with access downloading the file and then sharing it to a wider group – useful for very sensitive info
